Awards Evening for 2009.
The familiar surroundings of the Powerleague Football Ground Clubhouse was the setting for this year's Annual Awards Evening. A really fantastic capacity crowd of children and their friends and relatives danced to the disco as they eagerly awaited the main event of the evening - the Awards Ceremony. Awards were given for achievement in various categories and diligence, outstanding attendance and outstanding contribution to the successful running of the Club were also acknowledged. Long serving Coach Jenny Mendham was given a rousing send off by everyone in recognition of her thirteen years service at the Club. A 'Retirement from Gymnastics' Award was also presented to Simone Ming.
