Birthday Party's. To book a Birthday Party, call the Club Office on 020 8697 2222 - observing the Opening Times listed below. One of the Club Administrators' will advise you if the date you would like to hold the party on is available (allow as much time as possible as party's are proving very popular). If you can be accommodated, you will be asked to attend the Club to complete some booking paperwork and pay a deposit. All the remaining relevant information will be passed to you at this time. Children love having their party at our Club and you can be assured they not only will they have a fantastic time - but that they are in the safest of hands with our CRB Cleared (Enhanced), First Aid Qualified and British Gymnastics Qualified Coaches and Staff.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
ALL administrative enquiries ( Fees, etc.) will only be dealt with via the Club Office - NOT IN CONVERSATION WITH COACHES' AT THE GYM DOOR. This is to ensure a rapid response to any question or query. The Office can get extremely busy – so if you can't wait to speak to an administrator in person, please consider phoning - and leaving a voice message if necessary - we guarantee someone will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.

* PLEASE NOTE: During Re-Booking Week the Club Office will be open to accept Course Fees during every session in the week of the deadline. Alternatively, Fees and Membership Card can be posted by normal mail or posted through the Club Office letterbox in advance of the deadline.

It is COMPLETELY your responsibility to pay all Fees on time. NO REMINDER PHONE CALLS WILL BE MADE - NOR REMINDER LETTERS SENT OUT.

Refer to your Course Dates Leaflet, the Club Web site at www.ladywellgym.com - the Club Electronic Notice Board in the entrance lobby and the Office Window for relevant important dates. A large banner will also be hung in the gym foyer during Rebooking Week. If you miss a Fees deadline THERE IS NO GUARENTEE WE WILL BE ABLE TO FIND YOUR CHILD A PLACE ON THE NEXT COURSE.
